To start, try the Cochon Rouge's country paté, served with sourdough bread, pickled cucumber, and mustard (R$29); the delicious fish fingers, very carioca, breaded in panko (R$27); and the eggplant sticks seasoned with paprika, served with sweet and sour miso sauce (R$23). Conceived by Rodrigo Facchinetti — DJ, record collector, and music connoisseur — the venture is another partnership with the duo behind several Rio bars: mixologist Jonas Aisengart, who crafted some of the signature drinks, and entrepreneur Edu Araújo. The menu's star is the Detroit-style pizza — individual, with a light crust, tall edges, and creative touches — available in non-traditional flavors like pepperoni with spicy honey or carbonara (R$36 each).
